    Las lenguas oficiales del congreso son castellano e inglés, y se admitirán todo tipo de documentos en estos dos idiomas. Para la presentación de trabajos, el/los autor/es deberá/n presentar un resumen que el comité científico evaluará, y determinará la aceptación o no del mismo para su exposición en el presente congreso. Dicho resumen seguirá unas normas para su presentación que estarán reflejadas en un documento, a modo de plantilla (ver debajo). En el propio documento se indicará el tipo de contribución que el/los autor/es desea/n hacer.
    Cada trabajo presentado será evaluado al menos por dos miembros del comité científico, que mostrarán su decisión al respecto de exponerlo en el Congreso. Las decisiones del comité científico serán tres posibles: rechazado, aceptado con modificaciones y aceptado sin modificaciones. Si no existiese un mismo consenso entre los miembros del comité científico, un tercer revisor evaluará el trabajo y decantará la decisión final sobre el mismo.
    En el caso de que el comité científico acepte el trabajo para su presentación en el congreso, se deberá realizar el trabajo en el formato indicado para su presentación (el comité científico tiene la potestad de modificar la solicitud realizada inicialmente por el/los autor/es). Las contribuciones que se pueden presentar en el congreso para exponer los trabajos se dividen en dos grandes bloques:
  • Comunicaciones Orales. Trabajos que el autor expone verbalmente al público asistente, en un aula y durante un tiempo determinado.
  • Comunicaciones No Presenciales. Trabajos que se presentan en el congreso en formato audiovisual electrónico. No es necesaria la presencia del autor para ser expuesto. El autor deberá enviar el fichero con la presentación en formato vídeo en fecha y forma, y se comprometerá a estar disponible para solucionar dudas sobre el/los trabajo/s presentado/s, durante los 10 días siguientes al congreso a través de su correo electrónico.
    Se indica también que no se pueden presentar más de dos trabajos firmando como primer autor, y que, al menos, la mitad de los autores más uno deberán estar inscritos en el congreso.
Informamos que, si por cualquier casuística el congreso no se pudiera realizar de forma presencial, se llevará a cabo de forma virtual.

    The official languages of the congress are Spanish and English, and all types of documents will be accepted in these two languages. For the presentation of papers, the author(s) must submit an abstract that the scientific committee will evaluate, and will determine whether or not to accept it for presentation at this congress. The abstract will follow the rules for its presentation, which will be reflected in a document, as a template (see below). The document itself will indicate the type of contribution that the author/s wish to make.
    Each paper submitted will be evaluated by at least two members of the scientific committee, who will give their decision on whether to present it at the Congress. The decisions of the scientific committee will be threefold: rejected, accepted with modifications and accepted without modifications. If there is not the same consensus among the members of the scientific committee, a third reviewer will evaluate the paper and make the final decision on it.
    In the event that the scientific committee accepts the paper for presentation at the congress, the paper must be presented in the format indicated for its presentation (the scientific committee has the power to modify the application initially made by the author(s)). The contributions that can be presented at the congress are divided into two large blocks:
  • Oral Communications. Papers that the author presents verbally to the audience, in a classroom and during a specific time.
  • Non-Presential Communications. Papers that are presented at the congress in electronic audiovisual format. The author's presence is not required for the paper to be presented. The author must send the file with the presentation in video format on date and form, and will undertake to be available to answer questions about the work/s presented during the 10 days following the congress via email.

    It is also indicated that no more than two papers can be presented with a first author's signature, and that at least half plus one of the authors must be registered at the congress.
